The renovation, which cost approximately 16.5 million lei, was funded in part by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), with roughly 10.5 million lei provided through European funds and over 5.6 million lei covered by the Caraș-Severin County Council. The project aimed to improve energy efficiency, functionality, and preservation conditions. The reopening was marked by a special exhibition organized by the Caraș-Severin County Council detailing the history and architectural design of the landmark building.
