Cultural musical events in Veracruz

Overview

The Veracruz Secretariat of Culture has announced a series of upcoming musical events in the region.

Scheduled for September 25, the Museo de Arte del Estado de Veracruz (MAEV) in Orizaba will host the ‘Mexicano soy’ concert, featuring the Aureum String Quartet, guitarist Esdras Merino, and tenor Jeshua Hernández Rojas performing Mexican music and boleros.

On September 26, the Teatro del Estado General Ignacio de la Llave will present ‘Pavarottísimo,’ an opera tribute concert by tenor Oscar Guiot. The recital will honor Luciano Pavarotti with selections of Italian music and universal lyrical pieces, such as ‘Nessun Dorma’ and ‘O sole mío.’ Admission to this event is free via controlled ticketing through the official theater website.
