The lawyers for Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour—who were on a boating trip with Wells near Horn Island, Mississippi, before his body was found—claim Hostin’s claimants argue these remarks effectively linked them to criminal activity, including murder and evidence tampering.
