Denver Nuggets NBA season preparation
Overview
The Denver Nuggets are preparing for the upcoming NBA season following a 54-28 regular season record. As the core roster enters their 30s and several veteran players have departed, analysts are evaluating the team’s ability to maintain its culture and contend for a title.
Training camp has since commenced in Boulder. Head coach David Adelman reported high energy levels during initial sessions, though he noted that execution was lacking due to mistakes. Nikola Jokić stated he is closely observing new players and their interactions with coaches. Cam Whitmore, playing on a two-way contract, was highlighted as a standout performer with an ‘incredible athletic profile,’ though the coach noted he must simplify his game and improve defensively to secure a rotation spot.
