Overview
Blizzard Entertainment has announced details for Diablo 4 Season 16 and Patch 3.3.0. The update features a complete overhaul of the War Plans system through new War Plans Tactics, which allows players to influence specific activities like Helltides or Nightmare Dungeons. A new currency, Marks of Wisdom, will be introduced to allow players to reset these plans without gold.
Other major additions include Tyrael’s Boons, a progression tree with four distinct paths, and Horadric Items designed to synergize with Talisman sets. Endgame content will also expand to include a boss battle featuring the Corrupted Reaper and the Fractured Reaper.
A Public Test Realm (PTR) period is scheduled from October 27 to November 3, 2026. This testing phase is exclusive to PC players via Battle.net and aims to refine itemization, improve the drop experience for Unique and Legendary gear, and test reworked Glyph nodes and new Legendary Aspects.
