The Polish retailer Dino Polska is engaged in a prolonged collective-bargaining conflict with the OPZZ Konfederacja Pracy trade union. The dispute involves multiple demands, including wage increases, improved staffing levels, the establishment of a Company Social Benefits Fund, and better working conditions. Workers are also seeking to end the use of surveillance monitoring for disciplining staff and increasing productivity, as well as structural changes to mitigate health risks. As the conflict progressed, the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy formally assessed that a collective dispute exists. While the union previously noted more than 1,300 violations documented by the State Labour Inspectorate, mediation efforts have faced scheduling complications.
