The municipality is also working to install Automated External Defibrillators (AED) in high-traffic areas and offers free certified training to residents. In Manisa, the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality distributed first aid kits to all neighborhood mukhtars to ensure local leaders can provide immediate assistance before professional medical teams arrive.
