The Civil Defense issued an "extreme alert" regarding potential winds of up to 90 km/h, prompting the cancellation to ensure the safety of the public and staff. Ticket holders for the canceled Friday sessions were offered the option to request a refund or apply their passes to the remaining weekend dates.

Throughout the event, organizers maintained a focus on sustainability through waste management and material reuse, as well as accessibility initiatives.
