The platform utilizes a centralized application form, online payments, and automated validation tools to streamline the workflow.

This modernization follows the enactment of Law 30-26, which repealed the tax on company incorporation. These measures are intended to improve the investment climate, reduce administrative barriers, and support the ‘RD2036’ goal of doubling the national economy within a decade.
