He argues the current centralized system has failed to combat terrorism, kidnapping, and banditry, noting that international observers from the United States, Europe, structure has not seen substantial redesign since 1970. He proposes establishing police formations at state and Asia are monitoring his campaign. His platform continues to emphasize structural reforms intended local levels to combat corruption, reduce poverty, prioritize community-based intelligence gathering.
