Drew McIntyre media appearances and reflections
Overview
Wrestler Drew McIntyre has made several media appearances discussing both personal losses and professional rivalries. During an appearance on the podcast ‘What’s Your Story? With Steph McMahon’, McIntyre reflected on the death of Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as PAC, who passed away at age 40 due to bronchial asthma. McIntyre recalled their early history on the United Kingdom independent circuit in 2006 and 2007, noting Satterley’s precision and high-flying style.
In separate discussions, including an appearance on ‘Raw Talk’ with Bradley Martyn, McIntyre addressed his rivalry with CM Punk. While acknowledging their effective onscreen chemistry, McIntyre expressed a personal dislike for Punk. He characterized Punk as someone who maintains a professional corporate persona backstage while being difficult to work with, suggesting Punk’s behavior is motivated by having limited options remaining in the industry.
