Drug trafficking arrests in Stuttgart

Overview

In Stuttgart, police arrested two men suspected of illegal drug trafficking following an investigation into a burglary on Landhausstraße.

On October 6, a taxi driver alerted officers to a 37-year-old man attempting to hide from police in the city center. Authorities found him in possession of cocaine, packaging materials, a knife, and suspected drug proceeds. A prior search of his residence yielded approximately 1.5 kilograms of marijuana and several hundred grams of cocaine.

A second man, aged 31, was also taken into custody. Searches of his property resulted in the seizure of several tens of thousands of euros in suspected drug money and a moderate amount of cocaine. Both suspects were scheduled for a court appearance on October 7.
