Dubai Police strategic and community initiatives

Dubai Police has reported significant outcomes regarding its community initiatives and strategic management. A study by the Future Foresight Centre estimated that 80 community programs spanning education, health, and public awareness would generate a Social Return on Investment (SROI) of AED 647.9 million ($176.4 million) between 2017 and 2026. These initiatives are projected to benefit 3.8 million people, contributing to security, economic outcomes, and public trust while showing an inverse relationship with certain crime levels.

Building on these strategic efforts, the Dubai Police Future Foresight Centre released its third Future Opportunities Report, identifying 100 emerging opportunities across various sectors to enhance community security and quality of life. Concurrently, the department reported high financial performance, including 99.6 per cent compliance with the government-approved budget and a cashless transformation rate of 95.57 per cent. Leadership noted ongoing efforts to integrate artificial intelligence into financial procedures and operations.
