Educational and vocational development initiatives are expanding across Latin America through academic institutions and community centers.

In Argentina, higher education institutions are focusing on specialized programs and career connectivity. The Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata launched a Sinological Studies Program to enhance ties with China, while the Universidad Nacional de Río Negro hosted a career fair for approximately 2,000 participants.
