Ekstraklasa match brawl disciplinary actions

Overview

Following a match between Pogoń Szczecin and Radomiak Radom, the Ekstraklasa League Commission issued several disciplinary sanctions. Radomiak Radom player Ibrahima Camara received a six-month suspension and a 50,000 PLN fine after he reportedly struck Pogoń Szczecin player Darko Czurlinow in the head following a red card.

Pogoń Szczecin Vice President Tan Kesler was also fined 10,000 PLN for unauthorized entry into the ‘zone 0’ and technical areas. While Radomiak coach John Carver accused Kesler of escalating tensions, the Commission found no grounds for further penalties regarding allegations of provocation.
