During a regional conference in Goa, Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar detailed the program’s theme, ‘Learn Democracy. Lead Democracy.’ He noted that the initiative will utilize the ECINet digital ecosystem and a dedicated portal to provide year-round education on voter registration, polling, and counting processes. Kumar emphasized that the commission maintains transparency by conducting elections in accordance with the Constitution and involving recognized political parties and candidates in the process.
