On a national level, POLREGIO has entered an agreement to acquire new electric vehicles from a Polish manufacturer. This initiative, supported by the Industrial Development Agency and the Polish Development Fund, aims to modernize the regional fleet using domestic engineering and production at PESA facilities. The project is intended to support the national economy and is expected to deliver an eco-friendly fleet within three years.

At the consumer level, the transition to electric mobility faces logistical challenges, particularly for residents of multi-unit buildings seeking to install charging points in underground garages. Such installations require formal requests and technical assessments regarding fire safety and electrical capacity. Concurrently, the market is seeing an increase in used electric vehicle imports from China, prompting advice for buyers to prioritize battery health and software compatibility over brand reputation.
