Ella Langley Tulsa concert security threat

Overview

On October 9, 2026, country music singer Ella Langley canceled a sold-out concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, following a security threat. Authorities received a phone call warning of potential violence involving gunfire and bombs. Although the Tulsa Police Department conducted sweeps with K-9 units and found no credible threat, Langley and her team decided to cancel the performance to prioritize the safety of fans, staff, and crew.

Subsequent reports clarified that the Tulsa Police Department determined the incident was a false bomb threat. While police officials stated they did not advise the cancellation, Langley addressed fans at a later concert, stating she would prioritize safety over performing and refused to ‘live in fear.’ She expressed a commitment to continuing her tour despite the incident.
