Endurance and hiking events in the Beskids

Overview

The Beskids region has hosted various endurance and trekking activities. Recent events included a 30-day, 1,446-kilometer fundraising hike through the Bieszczady and Beskid Niski ranges, as well as the Beskidzka Siódemka ultramarathon, which saw 3,000 participants navigate a 101-kilometer route through high Beskid peaks.

Looking ahead, the Beskidzki Rajd Pieszy hiking event is scheduled for late September in Brenna. This event offers mountain enthusiasts two route options through the Beskid Śląski mountains: a 12-kilometer trek and a more demanding 24-kilometer route involving 1,150 meters of ascent and descent.
