The relay team, consisting of Julia Ackermann, Isabel Gose, Oliver Klemet, and Wellbrock, finished ahead of Italy and Hungary.

Officials confirmed that concerns regarding an oil film in the Seine were addressed after testing showed pollutant levels remained within legal limits. Germany topped the medal table, followed by Italy. In the paracanoe programme, Giovanni Zanda won the Open title and three national golds, positioning him for the 2028 Paralympics.
