The 34th edition of the Men’s European Volleyball Championship, EuroVolley 2026, commenced with Italy hosting the opening match in Naples. The tournament serves as a critical pathway for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics; following a defeat at the 2026 World Championships, the Italian team must focus on continental performance to secure an automatic qualification spot.

The tournament is being hosted across Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania, with knockout stages progressing through Turin and Milan, concluding with the finals at the Unipol Forum in Assago on September 26.
