Evri Group workforce expansion
Overview
Evri Group has announced plans to recruit more than 10,000 staff to bolster its delivery network ahead of the peak season. The recruitment drive includes over 7,000 community courier roles and more than 2,000 owner-driver positions through Evri Premium. To support candidates without vehicles, the company is introducing a ‘no van, no problem’ scheme.
The expansion follows a period of significant growth, with the company reporting a 29% increase in revenue and a 17% rise in parcel volumes following its merger with DHL eCommerce UK. Having already surpassed one billion parcels handled annually, Evri Group is targeting a 40% increase in volume to reach 1.4 billion parcels by 2030.
To support these ambitions, the company is investing more than £80 million in its network, infrastructure, and technology during the 2025/26 financial year. New couriers will also have access to the Evri-ware app, designed to provide optimized route planning and faster scanning.
