In Argentina, authorities recovered the body of Gustavo Aguirre from the Colastiné River 50 days after his boat sank. In San Martín de los Andes, the body of Cristian Coliluan was found after his vehicle was discovered in Lake Lácar, prompting investigations into whether the crash was an accident or suicide. Other fatalities in Argentina included an unidentified man found near the Curupí stream in Reconquista and a man identified as F. A. who died of cardiac arrest near Route 118 in Corrientes.
In Paraguay, two fatal shootings were reported.
