Police stated that an argument between two groups at the music festival escalated into a confrontation in the parking lot. The victim, 30-year-old Thomas C. Malone, died from a gunshot wound to the neck. Keeno faces charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm, and possession of a pistol.
