On October 5, a violent knife attack occurred in Năm Căn, Cà Mau, targeting a primary school teacher, N. T. L. H., and her two daughters, aged 6 and 11. While the mother and 11-year-old daughter were previously listed in critical condition, they are now reported to be in stable condition. Preliminary drug tests for the suspect returned negative results.
