Fatal traffic accidents in Sicily

Overview

Fatal vehicle accidents have been reported in Sicily, Italy. In Palagonia, a Fiat Punto carrying four young residents crashed into a wall and a parked vehicle on Provincial Road 132, resulting in the deaths of a 20-year-old and a 19-year-old. Two other occupants were hospitalized in serious condition.

In Caltagirone, a 22-year-old man died after losing control of a Mercedes A-Class in a single-vehicle accident. The vehicle struck a wall on the opposite side of the roadway before crashing into another wall in the driver's lane.
