Ferg and A$AP Rocky professional relationship

Overview

Rapper Ferg addressed his decision to drop the ‘A$AP’ prefix from his stage name, clarifying that the change is intended to reclaim his original identity rather than show disrespect to A$AP Rocky or the A$AP Mob. He noted that the collective members are pursuing individual paths, stating, ‘We’re not mobbing anymore.’

Following this, A$AP Rocky expressed interest in supporting the distribution of Ferg’s upcoming album. After Ferg announced the completion of his new project, Rocky responded by inviting him to reach out, stating, ‘U know where home is.’ This interaction suggests that despite Ferg’s move toward independence, a professional and personal connection remains between the two artists.
