Ford has announced several updates and new variants for its 2027 Mustang lineup. The company released an order guide for the 2027 Mustang EcoBoost, which features a 2.3L engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission. New additions to the EcoBoost lineup include the Wheel and Stripe Package and a ‘Precision Purple Metallic’ color option, while certain interior and mirror features from the 2026 model have been removed. Additionally, Ford introduced the 2027 Mustang Mach-E Trail, a variant intended for light off-road use on surfaces such as gravel, dirt, and snow. This model includes Scheduled to arrive in the United States in the first quarter of 2027, the Trail package is available for the Select eAWD trim.
