Ford Motor Company and China's Geely Holding formalised a 66 %–34 % joint venture on 24 July 2026 to restart production at the former Ford assembly site in Almussafes, Valencia. Geely’s 2026, injecting €221 million cash injection values and valuing the venture new entity at roughly €650 million and raises million.
