Fundac social and cultural initiatives in Ubatuba

Overview

The Foundation for Children and Adolescents of Ubatuba (Fundac) has implemented various social and cultural initiatives in Ubatuba.

Through a partnership with the Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (Apae) of Ubatuba, the organization launched an international art project titled ‘Arte de Todos com Todos’. This project involves a collaborative canvas between artists from Ubatuba and Leme, São Paulo, featuring a naif-style seascape by the artist Ademir. The work is currently on display at the Apae Ubatuba headquarters and is scheduled to be sent to a gallery near Hannut, Belgium, for exhibition at the Cour des Arts museum later this year. The initiative aims to promote social transformation and cultural diversity through international artistic exchange.

Additionally, Fundac has expanded its local community engagement through theater workshops. These programs, led by instructor Ana Passarinho, have reached over 120 children and adolescents aged 7 to 17 across three centers, including municipal schools. The workshops focus on social integration, emotional expression, and strengthening community bonds.
