On 21 July 2026 ZVSHK reaffirmed that SHK firms are eligible to plan, install and maintain photovoltaic systems, emphasizing that the court decision applies only to the specific case and does not restrict solar work to two trades. The association noted continued updates to the safety agreement. A 26 July 2026 Oberlandesgericht clarification reinforced the SHK entitlement, while Bavarian farmers report increasing losses from grid‑curtailment measures known as redispatch, which reduce output from private PV plants.
