Ghanaian officials are overseeing various regional infrastructure developments across multiple sectors. Funded through the Assembly’s Common Fund, the facility includes nurses’ accommodation and is designed to serve residents, particularly the elderly, who previously traveled long distances for medical attention. Municipal Chief Executive Eric Assibey indicated intentions to construct additional CHPS compounds in areas such as Asuyeboah Container and Kwadaso. While the Nyankyerenease facility has commenced operations with staff and essential medicines to handle maternal health, family planning, and blood pressure management, Municipal Health Director Grace Billi Kampitib noted a continued need for additional equipment and logistical support.
