Global financial summits and investor education initiatives

Overview

Global financial institutions and authorities are conducting various initiatives to address market evolution and investor security.

In Abu Dhabi, the fifth Abu Dhabi Finance Week is scheduled for December 2026. Hosted by the Abu Dhabi Global Market, the event intends to be the largest in its history, featuring over 300 global financial leaders and partnerships with organizations such as the International Monetary Fund and the European Union. The summit will focus on topics including real estate, AI capital, health finance, and regulatory innovation regarding tokenization.

Concurrently, the 10th World Investor Week is being observed globally to promote investor education and scam awareness. Supported by the International Organisation of Securities Commissions, the campaign involves various regional authorities, such as the Financial Services Authority in the Isle of Man and the National Institute of Securities Markets in India, to help investors navigate market volatility and cyber threats.
