GMO Internet Group AI and digital transformation expansion

GMO Internet Group subsidiaries have expanded their service offerings and industry recognition through AI integration and digital transformation (DX) initiatives.

Initially, GMO NIKKO launched ‘GMO AIO Boost for EC’, a consulting service aimed at helping e-commerce businesses optimize product data for ‘agentic commerce’, allowing AI agents to more accurately recommend goods. During the same period, Private Box Co., Ltd. received a top ranking in a customer satisfaction survey for trunk room and rental storage services.

Subsequently, GMO TECH Co., Ltd. saw its ‘MEO Dashboard byGMO’ tool recognized as a leader in both MEO and SNS Management categories at the ITreview Grid Award 2026 Fall. Additionally, GMO ReTech Co., Ltd. achieved a milestone with its ‘GMO Chintai DX MCP Server’, becoming the first Japanese rental management DX service listed in Anthropic’s Claude connector directory. This integration enables real estate management companies to analyze rental data using natural language via Claude AI while adhering to privacy protocols.

More recently, the group has expanded its AI-driven business process outsourcing and automation capabilities. GMO Run System introduced ‘GENBA AI byGMO’, a service designed to redesign back-office operations like accounting and human resources using a three-layer structure that coordinates a management foundation, processing AI agents, and human decision-makers.

Furthermore, GMO Prime Strategy and GMO AI Connect are launching an integration between ‘GMO AI RAG’ and ‘JOINT AI Flow byGMO’. This collaboration utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology to allow AI-driven workflows to reference internal company knowledge, such as manuals and work rules, enabling no-code automation that automatically reflects updates made to internal documents.
