GOG handball club roster and performance updates

Overview

The Danish handball club GOG has undergone roster changes and competitive developments. In September 2026, it was announced that Marcus Midtgaard would transfer from Skjern Håndbold to GOG in the summer of 2027, a move described by expert Bent Nyegaard as a ‘big purchase’ due to the player’s international potential.

By October 2026, the club maintained its first-place position in the Bambuni Herreligaen following a victory against Ribe-Esbjerg HH. The team's recent activity includes the return of players Steven Plucnar and Andreas Magaard, as well as the introduction of a new goalkeeper duo consisting of Kevin Møller and Frederik Møller.
