Google and povo anniversary promotional campaigns

Overview

Google and the KDDI mobile brand povo are conducting joint promotional campaigns to celebrate Google’s anniversary and the fifth anniversary of povo2.0.

Starting September 25, 2026, Google is offering a 10% discount on the Pixel 11 series through the Google Store for participants who registered via a campaign game. This discount is valid through October 7, 2026.

In collaboration with KDDI, povo2.0 is providing incentives for new users, including 500GB of data valid for three days upon SIM activation. New registrants can also access a 20% discount code for Google Pixel 10 and Pixel 10a models via a designated Google Store link until October 22, 2026.

Additional anniversary offers from povo include a ‘5-yen topping’ for 0.5GB of data throughout October 2026 and a ‘povo Gacha Special’ starting in late September, which offers users a chance to win various data rewards, such as unlimited data for five days, for a fee of 555 yen.
