In addition to the movement on Crete, the Greek government is reviewing the status of a separate Patriot battery deployed in Saudi Arabia under a bilateral agreement. Athens is also reportedly coordinating with Washington and Jerusalem regarding regional security and is considering providing air-defense assistance to Bulgaria if requested.
