Notable revisions included converting a 70‑hectare GAIAOSE property into a park, rerouting a pedestrian promenade away from power‑plant facilities, redesigning the port area, creating a new square, and studying the undergrounding of Maria Kalla street. The council’s approval allows the unified coastal front planning process to continue.
