HCLTech enterprise AI service expansion
Overview
HCLTech has expanded its service offerings to address the growing demand for artificial intelligence integration in the enterprise sector. Initially, the company launched HCLTech Pulse, a business unit focused on helping mid-tier enterprises with annual revenues between $500 million and $5 billion modernize their technology foundations and scale AI safely.
Following this, HCLSoftware partnered with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to address the transition toward ‘Agentic AI’—autonomous agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks. This collaboration aims to mitigate operational risks such as rising security threats, high costs, and implementation failures. To support this shift, HCLSoftware introduced ‘HCL IntelliOps’ to integrate security and automation, while HPE introduced ‘GreenLake Intelligence’ to manage the complexities of an ‘Agentic Enterprise’ through a closed-loop operational model.
