Hindi dubbing of film Obsession

Overview

Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon have been cast to provide the Hindi voices for the lead characters in the Hollywood horror film ‘Obsession’. The film, directed by Curry Barker, follows a man using a mysterious object to induce a violent obsession in a colleague. Originally produced on a $750,000 budget, the film has reportedly grossed over $500 million worldwide.

To promote the Hindi-dubbed version, which is scheduled to premiere on JioHotstar’s Peacock Hub on October 30, 2026, Sanon and Dhawan released a promotional video. The clip, shared by JioHotstar, features the actors recreating an unsettling scene in a restaurant and includes director Amar Kaushik.
