Hiroiki Ariyoshi and Tatsuya Fukazawa social media dispute

Overview

A social media controversy emerged following a September 27 episode of the TV Tokyo variety program ‘Ariyoshi Eeeeee!’. During the broadcast, comedian Hiroiki Ariyoshi teased Snow Man member Tatsuya Fukazawa, prompting fans on X to criticize the interaction as unkind and demand that Fukazawa no longer appear on the show.

Ariyoshi responded to a critical post by stating, “I will tell him never to appear again,” a remark that received tens of millions of views. This interaction has sparked broader debate regarding Ariyoshi’s history of engaging with social media users and his stance on confronting “malicious” commenters.

In response to the tension, Fukazawa used Instagram Stories to express his professional interest in continuing the collaboration, stating, “Please let’s do it again. I want to work with you!” Fukazawa is scheduled to appear on the program again on October 4.
