Hisense specialized display product launches

Overview

Hisense has expanded its product lineup with new specialized display technologies. In mid-August, the company released the X8 Pro, a high-end 32-inch 4K mobile display device described as a ‘闺蜜机’ (companion machine). This device features an 8-core flagship chip, a 15,000mAh battery with 180W fast charging, and eye-protection technologies including AG anti-glare and TUV Rheinland certifications.

Later in the month, Hisense introduced the A10 series, consisting of the A10 Pro and A10 Ultra models. These devices utilize a dual-display design featuring a 6.13-inch E Ink Carta 1300 front screen for eye comfort and a detachable 4.96-inch color LCD rear screen. The E Ink panel provides 256 grayscale levels and a front light with 36 adjustable color temperature levels. The secondary color screen attaches via magnets and metal contacts, allowing users to view color content such as videos or comics. When the color screen is removed, the magnetic back can be used with compatible chargers.

Technical specifications for the A10 series include the use of an E-Ink T2000 chip, which manages screen refreshing independently to reduce ghosting effects and minimize the load on the main processor. The A10 Ultra is equipped with a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-6690 chipset, a 48-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera. It includes a 4000mAh battery that supports 15W wireless and 18W wired charging. While the A10 Ultra includes the magnetic LCD screen in the retail package, the A10 Pro requires the accessory to be purchased separately. Pricing for the A10 series starts at 2,799 Yuan.
