Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department Championship

The 6th Hockey India Senior Men Inter-Department National Championship is being held at the Gachibowli Hockey Stadium in Hyderabad.

Early stages of the tournament saw various results, including a 4-4 draw between the Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) and Punjab National Bank, and a 5-4 win for the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) over Punjab & Sind Bank. Other matches included a 12-1 victory for the Railway Sports Promotion Board (RSPB) against Tamil Nadu Police and a 5-0 win for the Sports Authority of India (SAI) against the Central Reserve Police Force.

Following the conclusion of the quarter-final stage, the semi-finalists have been confirmed. PSPB advanced with a 3-2 win over SAI, RSPB defeated the Central Board of Direct Taxes 2-0, CAG beat Punjab National Bank 4-3, and the All India Police Sports Control Board (AIPSCB) progressed via a 4-3 shootout victory against the Food Corporation of India. The semi-final matchups are scheduled for September 13, featuring PSPB against RSPB and CAG against AIPSCB.
