Homicide investigation in Málaga

Overview

A 32-year-old man was arrested by National Police in Málaga following the death of his 52-year-old roommate. The victim was discovered on August 13 in the Bailén Miraflores district after a neighbor reported they were not breathing.

Initial inspections revealed bruises on the body consistent with a violent death. While the suspect initially provided inconsistent statements, he eventually confessed to beating the victim multiple times in the days preceding the death.
