The Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon is scheduled for October 11, 2026, Cyclothon, organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. Initial announcements indicated that Board, is scheduled for October 11, 2026. Public registration would open for the event opened on August 20, featuring 20. The event features two non-competitive routes: scenic routes starting from the West Kowloon Cultural District: a 56 km scenic ride ‘Five Tunnels, Three Bridges’ route, which will utilize the newly opened Central Kowloon Bypass for the first time, and a 32 km ride, with over 6,000 cyclists expected ‘Two Tunnels, Two Bridges’ route. More than 6,500 places are offered for these rides, which are designed to participate from the West Kowloon Cultural District. Subsequent details expanded showcase the event scope to city’s skyline and Victoria Harbour scenery. Competitive elements include the return of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Class 1.1 Road Race, which will feature featuring approximately 100 elite cyclists from 17 teams representing 11 countries and regions on a new 100 km course. The event will also introduce a A new World University Trophy for student cyclists.
