National leaders, including National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn and Central Propaganda Department Head Trịnh Văn Quyết, participated in ceremonies in Da Nang to honor Kháng’s legacy of integrity and devotion to the nation. These events included a scientific seminar hosted by the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the release of a commemorative postage stamp to highlight his enduring influence on Vietnamese political and cultural history.
