IFSP institutional dialogue and integrity initiatives

Overview

The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) has initiated several institutional programs focused on dialogue, mediation, and organizational integrity.

In mid-September, the Peaceful Conflict Resolution Nucleus (NRPC) held its inaugural in-person meeting in Águas de Lindóia. The gathering aimed to strengthen a culture of dialogue through training and institutional articulation. During the event, the IFSP General Ombudsman noted that while conflict is inevitable, the method of resolution reflects the maturity of the institution.

On October 14, the IFSP’s Amplifica program hosted a session titled ‘The Conflict of Interest and Trust in Institutions.’ Led by Leandro Ferreira Silva, the Corregedor of Previc, the lecture examined how conflict of interest situations impact organizational integrity and public trust. The session, which was broadcast via the IFSP YouTube channel, explored specific mechanisms used to prevent and address such occurrences.
