Carlos Vila Nova has been inaugurated for a second five-year term as President of São Tomé and Príncipe following his reelection in July, where he secured 55.88% of the vote in the first round. This includes potential exchanges involving São Tomé and Príncipe’s cocoa and coffee in return for Mozambican agricultural expertise.
