The Danantara Housing programme, unveiled by the Investment Ministry in late July 2026, continues to drive Indonesia’s “Three Million Homes” target. To support this, Danantara announced plans to consolidate and restructure financially stressed state-owned property enterprises. This restructuring involves addressing developer debt through the PKPU process and managing asset impairments to unify the marketing of unsold public-housing inventory.
