Indonesia is focusing on expanding its digital economy through increased e-commerce activity and the rise of video commerce. The government has set a transaction target of Rp40 trillion (approximately US$2.1 billion) for the 2026 National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas), scheduled for December 10–16, 2026.
